Job Description: Spa Therapist/Receptionist
As a Spa Therapist/Receptionist at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality treatments and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for performing a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments, while ensuring that guests experience total relaxation and rejuvenation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with a wide range of professional spa treatments, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Greet and welcome guests, manage bookings, and ensure that all customer queries are addressed efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of spa areas, ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and safe for use.
- Assist guests in choosing treatments and products based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Offer personalized recommendations for wellness and spa services.
- Support in daily spa operations and contribute to the creation of a relaxing and calming environment.
- Ensure that all treatment rooms and the spa reception area are well-maintained.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role in the hospitality or wellness industry.
- Relevant certification in spa treatments, massage, or beauty therapy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated with a passion for wellness and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently under minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
