We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about spa treatments, customer care, and creating unforgettable relaxation experiences for our guests.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Spa Therapist at Kuramathi Maldives, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality wellness treatments and ensuring a serene and luxurious spa experience. Your key duties will include:
- Providing a full range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness therapies, tailored to guests’ preferences.
- Performing beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures, and facial therapies with expert precision.
- Understanding and recommending spa products to guests to enhance their wellness journey.
- Maintaining the highest hygiene standards for spa equipment, treatment rooms, and workstations.
- Engaging warmly with guests, offering consultations and recommending suitable spa treatments based on their needs.
- Upselling spa packages, wellness programs, and beauty products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Working closely with other team members to create a tranquil and welcoming spa environment.
- Ensuring guests leave the spa with a lasting impression of comfort, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
✔️ Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury resort, spa, or wellness center.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, and other facial and body treatments.
✔️ Skills & Attributes:
- Expertise in spa therapies, wellness techniques, and holistic treatments.
- Good knowledge of skincare and spa product recommendations.
- Ability to conduct sales of spa treatments and beauty products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- A professional yet friendly attitude, ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable.
