Open Position: Sous Chef - Pan Asian Speciality
Are you a culinary maestro with a passion for Pan Asian cuisine? Dhigali Maldives is looking for a dynamic and creative Sous Chef to bring authentic flavors to life in our luxurious resort setting.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role, ideally within a luxury Maldives resort.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and inspire a culinary team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine, including advanced cooking techniques and ingredient use.
- Culinary degree or relevant HACCP qualifications are preferred.
- A creative flair and passion for designing innovative and memorable dishes.
