The Opportunity

As the Senior Luxury Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving high-end business growth and positioning Here Baa Atoll as the destination of choice for affluent travelers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bespoke sales plans to grow the resort’s luxury market share.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and travel advisors.
  • Identify untapped markets and new business opportunities within ultra-luxury and VIP segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences aligned with the Here Baa Atoll brand.
  • Deliver measurable results that reflect the values and exclusivity of the brand.

Key Competencies

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar position at an ultra-luxury resort, with pre-opening experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales within luxury hospitality, travel, or high-end retail.
  • Strong ability to craft and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high-profile clients.
  • Experience working in the Maldives is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to be based on the island.
