About the Role: Senior Chef de Partie
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in delivering culinary excellence that exceeds guest expectations. You will manage food preparation, maintain the highest quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing of dishes.
- Monitor food quality and quantity to maintain consistency.
