Job Summary
As a Security Officer at Kurumba Maldives, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety, peace, and order across the resort. Reporting to the Assistant Security Manager, your responsibilities will encompass surveillance, emergency response, and ensuring the security of guests, staff, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety, security, and surveillance operations effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and document the arrival and departure of guests, staff, visitors, boats, and equipment.
- Detect, investigate, and respond to potential security breaches.
- Provide primary response to both emergency and non-emergency situations, addressing all security concerns.
- Conduct regular patrols of the island, reporting irregularities, safety hazards, and equipment deficiencies.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5-star hotel or resort.
- Completed O' level education.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Physical fitness and attention to detail to perform the duties of the position efficiently.
