Position: Sales & Marketing Liaison
Soneva Jani is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales & Marketing Liaison to join its dynamic team. This role offers the chance to be a part of one of the Maldives’ most prestigious resorts, where you will contribute to creating extraordinary guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance relationships with clients, travel agents, and media partners.
- Organize and coordinate Familiarization (FAM) trips for travel and media partners, curating personalized itineraries and showcasing the best of Soneva Jani.
- Support the resort's marketing and sales strategies by ensuring seamless internal and external communication.
- Utilize CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to track, manage, and report sales data effectively.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Act as the liaison between the resort and external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
Requirements and Skills
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
- At least two years of experience as a Sales or Marketing Coordinator, preferably in the luxury resort sector. Experience in the Maldives tourism industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (mandatory).
- Strong sales acumen with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, guests, and colleagues.
- A flair for creating unforgettable experiences for travel and media partners during FAM trips.
