Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager at Ayada Maldives, you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting our resort and attracting discerning travelers from around the world. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Building and maintaining relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other partners.
- Representing Ayada Maldives at international trade fairs, roadshows, and networking events.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Preparing detailed sales reports and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who embodies the spirit of hospitality and has the following qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury resort industry in the Maldives.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
