Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at Coco Collection, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: You will create and implement sales strategies to drive growth, focusing on high-performance results and long-term profitability.
  • Plan and Execute Promotions & Campaigns: Design and execute promotional activities and sales campaigns that align with the company’s goals, boosting brand visibility and revenue generation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking out new sales opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market trends, sales data, and client feedback to make informed decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, customer trends, and future sales forecasts, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Sales Partnerships: Establish partnerships with key stakeholders, travel agents, and other industry professionals to further grow the brand’s footprint.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage the sales budget, ensuring targets are met while adhering to allocated financial resources.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in resort sales, preferably in the Maldives or other luxury resort destinations.
  • Educational Background: A BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in sales strategy development, execution, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals with clients.
  • Fluent Communication: Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Sales KPIs: A strong understanding of sales KPIs, performance metrics, and the ability to use them to drive business growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail to efficiently manage sales operations and achieve targets.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and explore new opportunities.
