Job Description
As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards that Dusit Thani Maldives is known for. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
- Preparing rooms with fresh linens, replenishing bedroom and bathroom supplies, and ensuring mini-bars are stocked and functional.
- Reporting any broken equipment or maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Service team.
- Delivering consistent and attentive service that exceeds guest expectations.
Candidate Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Education: A high school diploma is required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar field is preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning methods will be a strong asset.
- Language: Basic English communication skills are essential.
- Personality: A detail-oriented, pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
