We are seeking a Fashion Retail Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for high-end fashion and exceptional customer service, ready to contribute to the unparalleled luxury experience that JOALI BEING offers.
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Fashion Retail Specialist, you will:
- Provide world-class service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and luxurious shopping experience.
- Merchandise and maintain the retail space to the highest standards of presentation.
- Drive revenue growth by cross-selling and up-selling products, while introducing guests to exclusive fashion apparel.
- Build strong relationships with guests by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in high-end fashion to offer personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a five-star luxury resort environment, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Experience in merchandising, cross-selling products, and generating revenue will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A passion for high-end fashion apparel and the ability to share this enthusiasm with guests.
- Outgoing personality with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience working in a remote island location is preferred.
- Commitment to leading and sharing a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
