About the Role
As a Resort Nurse at Mirihi Island Resort, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of both our guests and staff. You will provide primary healthcare services, respond to medical emergencies, and promote wellness practices within the resort. Your expertise will enhance our commitment to offering an unmatched, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and provide first aid treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and other prescribed treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with external medical professionals to handle emergencies effectively.
- Educate staff and guests on health, wellness, and safety protocols.
- Conduct routine health inspections to ensure a safe environment across the resort.
Qualifications and Skills
- A valid nursing license in the Maldives.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- A compassionate nature and a commitment to providing excellent care.
