Position: Reservations Executive
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and adept at managing complex reservations systems? As a Reservations Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests’ journeys begin with seamless planning and unparalleled service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage local and international room bookings, adhering to Six Senses policies and procedures.
- Handle reservations through PMS, GDS, and CRS platforms with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of discounts, MICE platforms, and LQA standards.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, ensuring satisfaction from the first point of contact.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reservation platforms.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to upholding the highest standards of service.
- Familiarity with policies and procedures for handling reservations, including guest preferences and comments.
