Position: Reservations Agent
Department: Front Office
As a Reservations Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between the resort and its valued guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Accurately manage bookings and maintain the reservations system.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing guest requests and preferences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in promoting the resort’s unique features and amenities to prospective guests.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using reservations software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
