Reservations Agent
As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential guests, helping them plan their dream vacation at Soneva Fushi. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Requirements and Skills:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably as a Reservations Agent.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in the Opera PMS system.
- Strong computer skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and fluency in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
