Responsibilities of a Reservations Agent
As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their journey with Robinson Maldives begins seamlessly. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing guest inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth.
- Assisting guests in planning their stay by providing detailed information on accommodations, packages, and activities.
- Coordinating bookings and ensuring accuracy in the reservation system.
- Collaborating with the front office and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings and seasonal promotions.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
