We are currently seeking a talented Reservations Agent to join our team. This pivotal role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel operations technology, including Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
- Customer Service: A strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining professional interactions.
- Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Computer Literacy: Basic skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
