We Are Hiring: Reservations Agent (Male)
Are you a dedicated professional with a flair for luxury hospitality? We are looking for a Reservations Agent who will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless guest booking experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Current or prior experience in a reservations position at a luxury resort is essential.
- Industry Expertise: Proven background in the luxury hospitality industry, with Maldives experience being an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in reservation systems, particularly OPERA, and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
- Technical qualifications relevant to reservations management.
- Personality Traits: A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
