Current Job Opening: Receptionist
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our hotel. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and offering assistance to guests in every way possible. If you have a passion for hospitality, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position is perfect for you.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Hotel Management or a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Shift Work: Must be comfortable working night shifts and maintaining high energy throughout the day.
- Team Player: Ability to effectively communicate and work with a diverse team.
- Personality: A pleasant, professional, and friendly personality that reflects the quality of our service.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and a passion for hospitality.
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer skills are required. Knowledge of eZee Software will be considered an advantage.
