As a People & Culture Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with HR standards, and fostering employee growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including orientation and introduction to company policies.
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Address grievances, promote engagement, and enhance satisfaction.
P&C Administration
- Maintain employee records and prepare necessary documentation.
- Oversee leave requests, attendance, and memo issuance.
Training and Development
- Coordinate training sessions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Support team members’ career development initiatives.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in implementing diversity, workplace behavior, and safety policies.
Payroll and Benefits
- Liaise with payroll for accurate salary processing.
- Handle employee benefits, including medical insurance and accommodations.
Event Coordination
- Organize engagement activities, recognition events, and wellness programs.
- Plan team-building initiatives to foster cultural integration.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes and improvement plans.
- Provide data and reports for HR metrics and audits.
Leadership Support
- Collaborate with department heads on strategic initiatives.
- Offer insights on employee trends and areas of improvement.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with FusionHR systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
