About the Role
Position: PADI Certified Dive Instructor (German Speaking)
Location: FIHA’DIVE, Fihalhohi Island Resort, Maldives

As a PADI Certified Dive Instructor, you’ll be responsible for guiding guests through unforgettable diving experiences in one of the world’s most stunning marine environments. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong technical diving skills but also the ability to deliver personalized service to international guests, especially German-speaking visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diving lessons, including introductory sessions and advanced certification courses, following PADI standards.
- Lead snorkeling and diving excursions to showcase the beauty of the Maldives’ underwater world.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly adhered to during dives.
- Deliver exceptional service to guests, creating memorable experiences.
- Maintain diving equipment and assist with operational tasks at FIHA’DIVE.
Requirements
- PADI Certification as a Dive Instructor.
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years in the diving industry.
- Proficiency in German (additional languages are an advantage).
- Training or education in a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Self-motivated, passionate about diving, and goal-driven.
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive under pressure in a dynamic resort environment.
