Position: Night Auditor
- Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate recording and balancing of financial transactions.
- Audit daily financial reports and reconcile accounts.
- Monitor financial discrepancies and maintain records for compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
- Qualifications:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Front Office Department
Position: Guest Service Associate (Chinese)
- Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and exceptional guest services.
- Assist Chinese-speaking guests with inquiries, bookings, and activities.
- Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues efficiently.
