About the Role: Lifestyle Manager

The Lifestyle Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the guest experience at our resort. This individual will manage and coordinate all activities within the Front Office Lifestyle section, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our resort’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of the resort's Lifestyle philosophy.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages team development and collaboration.
  • Maintain a high level of guest engagement, ensuring all needs are anticipated and addressed promptly.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members effectively.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive training programs for the Front Office/Lifestyle team.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance operational efficiency and guest service excellence.
  • Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally, maintaining guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Develop detailed action plans, track progress, and achieve set business goals and timelines.
  • Multilingual proficiency is preferred, with Chinese language skills as an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a luxury five-star resort in the Maldives is strongly encouraged.
