About the Role: Front Office Manager (Life Curator)

As the Front Office Manager at Soneva Jani, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional guest experiences. This is a leadership role that requires a dynamic, enthusiastic, and guest-centric individual to oversee and manage all front office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front desk activities, including guest services, reservations, and concierge operations.
  • Supervise and inspire a team of guest service professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless and memorable experiences for all guests.
  • Ensure compliance with Soneva’s standards of excellence in service, communication, and professionalism.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for front office team members.

Requirements and Skills

We are looking for candidates who embody the spirit of luxury hospitality and have the skills to lead our front office team effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong academic record.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Guest Services or a Front Office Manager role at a luxury property.
  • A pleasant and professional demeanor with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong guest relations skills and the ability to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in coordinating front desk activities such as call management, reservations, and guest assistance.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in one or more foreign languages is an advantage.
