Your Role
As a Kids Club & Recreation Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing children with a safe, exciting, and enriching experience. From leading group activities to encouraging individual creativity, your mission is to ensure every child leaves with unforgettable memories of their time at JA Manafaru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead recreational and leisure activities tailored for children of varying ages.
- Create a daily schedule filled with fun, educational, and engaging activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by fostering positive interactions with children and their families.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
- Maintain a vibrant and energetic atmosphere while staying professional and calm under pressure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star resort in the Maldives.
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and encourage children with diverse interests and needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills for planning and executing daily schedules.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and professionalism in all situations.
- A genuine love for working with children, coupled with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
