Requirements and Skills
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional who meets the following criteria:
- Education: A master’s degree or equivalent in Glass-blowing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of glass-blowing experience is essential, along with a strong technical background in the glass industry.
- Expertise: Proficiency in assisting gaffers and performing gaffer work is critical.
- Guest Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effortlessly with guests in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Technical and Creative Growth: A keen eye for detail, combined with an eagerness to learn and grow both technically and creatively.
- Physical Fitness: Strength, mobility, and excellent physical fitness are key requisites for this role.
- Administrative and Organizational Skills: Strong administrative abilities and excellent teamwork and organizational skills are essential.
