Key Responsibilities
As an Island Host, your role will revolve around delivering extraordinary guest experiences that create "Milaidhoo Moments." You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay by providing personalized services and anticipating their needs.
- Assisting guests with all resort activities, excursions, and reservations.
- Acting as a liaison between the resort and the guests, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any special requests.
- Working closely with various departments, including Front Office and Housekeeping, to ensure all guest requirements are met promptly.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and creating memorable experiences for every guest that walks through the doors of Milaidhoo.
- Contributing to the overall guest experience by participating in creative and innovative activities and initiatives that elevate Milaidhoo's services.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a luxury resort.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Russian speaking is required, as you will be assisting Russian-speaking guests.
- Strong knowledge of Opera (hotel management software) is a plus.
- A flexible and goal-driven attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- A creative and innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve guest experiences.
- Well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos, in line with the resort's grooming standards.
