Job Title: Human Resources Executive
As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the overall employee experience at Velassaru Maldives. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace for all employees. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure fair implementation of staff welfare programs in line with company policies.
- Manage work permits for expatriate employees and coordinate all necessary documentation.
- Handle and facilitate the staff air ticketing process for both local and international employees.
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and separation processes to maintain a strong and motivated workforce.
- Act as a motivator and counselor for employees when required, fostering a supportive and engaging work culture.
- Ensure employee accommodation standards remain at a high level, meeting company expectations.
- Plan, organize, and lead staff recreational activities to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act regulations and company policies regarding employee remuneration and benefits.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing company standards, regulations, and HR-related projects to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role within the hospitality industry.
✔ Diploma in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institution.
✔ Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.

✔ A positive, "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
