Intern - Human Resources
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a multicultural team and handle diverse tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work in an isolated resort environment, with the ability to adapt to different schedules.
- Strong multitasking abilities, capable of meeting deadlines and achieving team goals.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential; other languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in Human Resources or related fields would be an added advantage, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in human resources within a leading international resort.
