About the Role: HR Assistant (Host Engagement Assistant)
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Assistant to join the Soneva Secret family. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth HR operations and host engagement at this ultra-luxury resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the domestic and international ticketing process for hosts using Fusion software.
- Support host engagement initiatives to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall host experience and foster a positive work environment.
Key Requirements and Skills:
- Diploma in HR or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in the Human Resources department of a luxury resort in the Maldives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Fusion software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle ticketing processes efficiently.
- Knowledge of other HR functions is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a remote or island location is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
