Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations, including guest villas and public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of check-out villas and random spot checks to ensure quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Assist in colleague engagement initiatives to maximize team performance and retention.
