Position: Housekeeping Attendant
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our exceptional team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality service and thrive in a luxurious setting, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Servicing guest rooms, floors, and pantries according to Housekeeping SOPs.
- Maintaining cleanliness in public areas, laundry rooms, linen rooms, and flower rooms as required.
- Assisting with all housekeeping duties to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Gaining comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, products, and other Accor properties.
Your Experience and Skills Include
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury island resort.
- Comfortable working in remote locations and embracing island life.
- Proficiency in Dhivehi and English (essential).
- A solid understanding of housekeeping processes.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by departmental needs.
- Physical fitness to handle tasks under the sun and long hours when necessary.
