We Are Looking For a Guest Service Manager
The OZEN Collection is seeking an experienced Guest Service Manager to join our exceptional team. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while ensuring a world-class guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of luxury hospitality operations and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities of the Guest Service Manager:
- Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring all guests receive a warm, personalized experience.
- Coordinate high-profile guest movements, addressing special requests and ensuring every detail is attended to.
- Manage a team of guest service associates, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to maintain high standards of service.
- Ensure smooth operational processes through expert knowledge of Opera PMS, Micros Material Control, and other relevant software tools.
- Collaborate with other departments, ensuring communication and coordination for seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and ensure consistent high-level service standards are upheld.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services at a 5-star luxury resort or hotel, with a preference for prior experience in the Maldives or with international luxury brands.
- Proven experience handling busy operations and high-profile guest movements, focusing on delivering niche and luxury experiences.
- Expertise in Opera PMS, Micros Material Control, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A passionate, team-oriented attitude, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
