Job Opportunity: Guest Service Agent (Maldivian – Female Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Ensuring the accuracy of guest billing and verifying charges.
- Addressing guest requests and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Building meaningful connections with guests to enhance their stay.
- Supporting the Front Office team in daily operations.
- Upholding the resort’s standards of excellence in guest services.
Key Competencies:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest service abilities, with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-driven mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability to island living and working conditions.
