About the Role: Food and Beverage Manager
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and creative Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all F&B operations at Kurumba Maldives, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional service, and a memorable guest experience.
This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who brings the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury resorts or five-star properties.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation regulations.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant hospitality software.
Key Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing F&B Operations: Manage daily operations across all dining venues, bars, and banquet services, ensuring a world-class experience for guests.
- Policy Development: Create and implement policies and procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Team Training and Evaluation: Train staff, monitor their performance, and provide constructive feedback or disciplinary action as necessary.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and track KPIs to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Customer Feedback: Monitor guest feedback, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve the F&B experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all F&B operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
