Current Opportunity
Position: Wellness/Fitness Instructor
As a Wellness/Fitness Instructor at JOALI BEING, you will play a pivotal role in guiding guests on their transformative wellbeing journey. You will lead fitness classes, conduct personal training sessions, and contribute to the overall wellness experience offered by the retreat.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in a similar role at a five-star luxury property.
- Diploma or relevant certification in Fitness/Wellness.
- Prior experience in wellness retreats is highly advantageous.
- Excellent presentation skills and a strong command of conversational English.
- Comfortable working in a remote island location.
- Ability to lead group fitness classes and offer personalized training sessions.
- Outgoing personality, motivated, problem-solver, multitasker, and passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle.
