Available Job Position: F&B Server – Poolside
Kudavillingili Resort is looking for an enthusiastic and professional F&B Server to join our poolside service team. This role is open exclusively to Maldivian Nationals who have a passion for creating exceptional experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
As an F&B Server at the poolside, your role will be vital in ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless, enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent guest service at the poolside, ensuring that all guests are attended to in a timely and professional manner.
- Taking food and beverage orders from guests, accurately entering them into the system, and delivering orders promptly.
- Serving food and beverages according to the resort's high standards, ensuring all dishes and drinks are presented beautifully.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area at the poolside, including ensuring that all tables and service areas are tidy and inviting for guests.
- Building rapport with guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with their experience.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations and guest satisfaction.
- Upholding resort standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, ensuring that all regulations and resort policies are followed at all times.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an F&B service role, ideally in a luxury or resort setting.
- Maldivian Nationals only.
- Strong communication skills in Dhivehi and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong commitment to delivering a high level of guest service.
- Passion for hospitality and the desire to create lasting memories for our guests.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members.
