Available Job Positions
1. Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Assist with reservations and provide personalized service.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel chain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Warm, approachable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
2. Barista
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, ensuring high quality.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a barista in a luxury hotel or high-end café.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
3. Curator – Korean Speaking
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized services to Korean-speaking guests, ensuring their unique preferences are met.
- Assist with translating and communicating guest needs to colleagues.
- Create and curate bespoke guest experiences that reflect the resort’s luxury standards.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean and English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to deliver personalized guest experiences.
