Constance Moofushi Maldives is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Attendant to join its dynamic team. If you have a passion for hospitality and want to work in an environment that values creativity, teamwork, and exceptional service, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
As an F&B Attendant, your primary responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a clean and proper mise en place.
- Carrying food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to the service area professionally.
- Serving guests according to set standards and procedures.
- Collecting soiled dishes from tables and service stations and dispatching them to the dishwashing area.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, service stations, and back areas.
- Setting up display/buffet counters and ensuring all plates and cutleries are arranged correctly.
- Assisting the restaurant hostess in seating guests.
- Memorizing menus, chef’s specials, buffet items, and beverage lists to answer guest queries effectively.
- Referring any complaints or suggestions to the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Performing any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hotels.
- A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest service.
- A vibrant and creative personality with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A focus on skills development and a commitment to professional growth.
- Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
