Key Responsibilities of F&B Attendant
As an F&B Attendant at Atmosphere Kanifushi, you will be at the heart of the resort’s culinary operations, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting guests with menu choices, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Ensuring the highest levels of service in the restaurant and throughout the resort.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and guest seating.
- Ensuring all guests’ dietary requirements and special requests are catered to.
- Helping to manage the flow of service during peak hours and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Providing a warm, welcoming, and positive attitude to all guests and colleagues.
Key Requirements
To be considered for the position of F&B Attendant, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the same role or a similar capacity in a resort or hotel environment.
- Personality: A positive “Can Do” attitude and an outgoing, approachable, and charismatic personality.
- Grooming: Excellent self-presentation and grooming standards.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Customer Service: Customer-driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a great team dynamic.
