Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the same capacity or role at a five-star property.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated meticulousness in culinary execution and presentation.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and mentor kitchen staff effectively.
