Current Opportunity: Executive Housekeeper
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public areas, and laundry services.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train the housekeeping team, providing ongoing performance evaluations, feedback, and support.
- Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall resort operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role in a 5-star resort or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed.
