Position Overview: Executive Housekeeper

As an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the resort's impeccable standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This is an opportunity to lead and inspire a dynamic housekeeping team while contributing to the seamless operations of our luxurious villas and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Oversee and guide housekeeping associates, including villa attendants, public area staff, and laundry attendants, ensuring smooth operations and high morale.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement task sequences, cleaning procedures, and schedules to maintain the resort’s high standards of cleanliness.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, plan sessions, and foster professional growth within the housekeeping team.
  • Supplier Management: Supervise contractors and suppliers, negotiating for the best quality, cost, and service.
  • Inventory Control: Manage the procurement and inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, implementing cost-effective stock control measures.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Promptly handle guest requests and complaints, ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, including CAPEX planning and financial reporting.
  • Policy Updates: Regularly review and enhance internal housekeeping systems and procedures to align with industry standards.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in luxury resorts or remote locations.
  • A proven track record in team leadership, project management, and delivering measurable results.
