About the Role: Executive Chef

This is more than just a position—it’s an opportunity to reshape the dining experience at one of the Maldives' most celebrated resorts. As Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations, including fine dining, all-day dining, and bespoke private dining experiences. You’ll have the freedom to innovate while ensuring that every dish reflects excellence, creativity, and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Executive Chef or 5 years in a senior leadership role in a luxury resort or 5-star hotel.
  • Global Perspective: International experience, particularly in tropical or remote locations, is highly preferred.
  • Culinary Expertise: Passion for international cuisines, sustainability, and the latest culinary trends.
  • Strong Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and manage a team with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
