Available Position: Dive Instructor
As a Dive Instructor at Silver Sands, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional underwater experiences. We're looking for individuals who are not only passionate about diving but also skilled at creating memorable guest interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct PADI-certified dive courses for guests of all experience levels.
- Lead and guide guests on underwater excursions, ensuring safety and an enjoyable experience.
- Assist in water sports activities as needed, promoting a dynamic and engaging work environment.
- Actively promote and sell dive packages and excursions to maximize guest participation.
- Maintain diving equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, proactive, and guest-oriented approach.
Qualifications and Requirements
- PADI Dive Instructor certification or higher, in teaching status.
- A minimum of one year of professional experience as a dive instructor.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages such as Russian, German, Italian, French, or Spanish is an advantage).
- Well-groomed, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and participate in water sports activities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and a team player.
- Sales-oriented with excellent guest interaction skills.
