Available Position: Dive Center Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and disciplined Dive Center Manager to lead one of our prestigious dive and water sports centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the dive center, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Train, motivate, and lead a team of dive instructors and water sports staff.
- Maintain high safety standards and compliance with PADI guidelines.
- Promote and manage revenue-generating activities, including diving packages, courses, and excursions.
- Develop creative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase service visibility.
- Foster a collaborative work environment while adapting to different cultural backgrounds.
Qualifications and Skills
We’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Professional Expertise: A certified PADI Dive Instructor with a minimum of six years of industry experience, including two years in a management position.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages like Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, or German.
- Flexibility and Initiative: Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a luxury resort environment.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential computer programs.
- Cultural Awareness: Experience working with diverse teams and guests of various nationalities.
- References: Ability to provide three positive references from previous employers.
