Current Job Openings

We are currently seeking applications for the following positions at Sun Siyam Olhuveli Maldives:

1. Front Office
Join our Front Office team, where you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience.

2. Island Host (German Speaking)
As an Island Host, your role will involve delivering personalized service to guests in their preferred language, ensuring their every need is met during their stay. German-speaking skills are essential for this role to effectively communicate with guests from Germany and other German-speaking regions.

3. Island Host (French & Arabic Speaking)
This role requires bilingual candidates who can speak both French and Arabic. You will assist guests from French- and Arabic-speaking regions, offering tailored recommendations, assisting with bookings, and providing high-end hospitality throughout their visit.

4. Island Host (Japanese Speaking)
Join our team as a Japanese-speaking Island Host, providing excellent service to Japanese-speaking guests. You will assist with their inquiries, make recommendations, and ensure that all requests are met to ensure a memorable stay.

5. Island Host (Italian Speaking)
We are seeking an Italian-speaking Island Host to serve guests from Italy and other Italian-speaking regions. Your role will involve providing exceptional service, fulfilling guest requests, and ensuring their experience is nothing short of spectacular.

6. Bell Attendant (Local)
As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting guests with luggage and providing a warm welcome as they arrive. You will also assist with various duties related to guest comfort, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

7. Telephone Operator (Local)
Join the team as a Telephone Operator, where you will manage all incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and provide information to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

8. Receptionist (Local)
As a Receptionist, you will manage guest check-ins, provide accurate information about resort services, and handle guest requests. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, offering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Requirements for All Positions:

  • Previous Resort Experience: Candidates with prior experience in similar job roles within the resort or hospitality industry will have a distinct advantage.
  • Multicultural Team Experience: Our resort thrives on diversity, and experience working in a multicultural environment is highly valued.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial, and candidates should possess the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both colleagues and guests.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in the respective languages for each role is required (German, French, Arabic, Japanese, Italian, and local languages).
