Open Positions
We are looking for talented, motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Provide financial insights and strategic advice to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA or ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Villa Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of guest villas.
- Ensure timely service and attention to guest requests.
- Provide personalized touches to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
3. Bell Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Provide information about the resort and activities.
- Ensure prompt delivery of guest requests.
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Physically fit to handle luggage transport.
4. Spa Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
- Maintain a clean and serene spa environment.

Qualifications:
- Certification in spa therapy or related fields.
- Previous experience in luxury spas preferred.

5. Boat Captain
Responsibilities:
- Operate resort boats for guest transfers and excursions.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain the vessel’s condition and schedule maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Valid boat captain’s license.
- Experience operating boats in the Maldives is a must.
- Strong understanding of maritime safety procedures.
6. Boat Crew
Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating boats and ensuring guest safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vessels.
- Provide excellent guest service during transfers and excursions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Team player with a service-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of maritime operations.
