We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Finance Team in the following roles:
Available Job Positions
1️⃣ Assistant Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Assist in maintaining proper records of all financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort or the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
2️⃣ Credit Controller
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the resort’s credit policies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments while maintaining positive guest relations.
- Prepare credit reports and communicate with clients to resolve outstanding accounts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in credit control, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare financial reports.
3️⃣ General Cashier cum Accounts Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Handle all cash transactions, including daily cash reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts and disbursements.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cash handling or accounts management.
- Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software is an added advantage.
4️⃣ Cost Controller
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the resort's cost of operations.
- Analyze expenditure and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on cost efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cost control, ideally within a resort environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
