Chinese Chef De Partie
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity.
- Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative dishes and menus.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or fine dining restaurant.
- Expertise in authentic Chinese cuisine.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Commis – Pastry
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the pastry kitchen.
- Support the Pastry Chef with daily operations and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a pastry role.
- A diploma or certification in pastry arts is preferred.
- Creativity and passion for pastry and dessert preparation.
Recreation Host – Casual (Six Months)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and hosting recreational activities for guests.
- Engage with guests to ensure they enjoy memorable experiences.
- Provide information about resort activities and assist with bookings.
Qualifications:
- A friendly and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in guest relations or recreation is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work on a casual contract for six months.
Chinese Villa Host
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized services to Chinese-speaking guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Act as a liaison between guests and various resort departments.
- Provide information about the resort, facilities, and activities in Chinese.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.
- Previous experience in a villa host or guest relations role.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Russian Villa Host
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to Russian-speaking guests, catering to their preferences and requests.
- Communicate with different resort departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Ensure all guests have a seamless and memorable stay.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Russian is required.
- Prior experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
